Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR professional to take responsibility for all HR related activities. Reporting to the Country Manager UK & Ireland, this position offers you the opportunity to develop the HR organisation for our UK & Ireland subsidiary. We seek someone with a structured way of working, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on mentality, who is flexible and dedicated to delivering results. In this position, you will be the HR expert and point of contact for employees and managers, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.

* Coordinate the hiring process for new team members in cooperation with Talent Acquisition and organize onboarding.
* Manage operational HR topics, processes, and systems; update employee guidelines in collaboration with the HR Manager EMEA based in Germany.
* Serve as the key contact for HR-related questions and ensure legal compliance.
* Handle payroll, benefits programs, and mobility policies.
* Support the Country Manager in building the UK & Ireland people development plan.


Qualifications

* BSc. in HR or Business Studies; CIPD Level 5 preferred.
* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment.
* Good understanding of UK employment law.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HR systems like SuccessFactors.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in various settings.
* Positive energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility, perseverance, a hands-on approach, and willingness to handle both administrative and strategic tasks.


Additional Information

* The position is office-based in Bisley / Surrey, with occasional work from home options.
* Part-time: minimum 25 hours per week, flexible schedule.
