In this role, you’ll take charge of BEMS electrical installation projects, lead a dedicated team, and support their development as they grow in the industry. Role Overview As Installation Supervisor, you’ll oversee the full scope of BEMS electrical projects, working across both on-site and remote settings. Your leadership will ensure industry standards and safety protocols are upheld, projects run smoothly, and junior talent continues to progress under your guidance. By combining technical oversight with people-focused leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving both team success and organisational growth.
