Reception Class Teacher
* Daily Rate: £150 - £280
* Location: Oakfields Preparatory School
* Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (Summer Term)
We are urgently seeking a qualified Reception Class Teacher to join Oakfields Preparatory School for the upcoming Summer term, starting on Wednesday 15th April and ending on Friday 10th July. This is a temporary position to cover for our permanent candidate who has had to delay their start date. The role offers a competitive daily rate and includes payment for the May half-term.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver engaging and educational lessons to Reception class students, focusing on Early Years and Year 1 curriculum.
* Work hours from 8am to 4pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break, Monday to Friday.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
* Assess and record students' progress, and provide feedback to both students and their families.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the educational environment and uphold the school's standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience and knowledge in teaching Early Years and Year 1.
* Ability to start immediately and commit to the full Summer term.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about providing high-quality education and care to young children.
