Role Overview: As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion.
* Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports.
* Work closely with clients to understand their business operations and provide valuable financial insights.
* Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their growth.
* Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
* Stay informed about industry developments and changes in accounting and auditing standards.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
* ACA or ACCA qualification.
* Substantial experience in audit and accounts preparation within an accounting practice.
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
* Proficiency in using audit software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
