The governors of Archdeacon Griffiths Church in Wales Primary School are seeking to appoint a nurturing, experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our happy school. We aspire to provide an inclusive and enriching environment that encourages a lifelong love of learning.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated Teaching Assistant, who is passionate about supporting learning and building positive relationships with children with a range of needs, and who has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do so.
You will work under the guidance of our teaching staff to implement and oversee agreed learning activities with individual and small groups of pupils, in or out of the classroom. This may involve assisting in the planning, preparation and delivery of the learning activities and intervention programs as well as monitoring pupils, assessing, recording and reporting on achievement, progress and development,
under the direction of the class teacher.
