5. Demonstrate operational efficiency, e.g., digital tools reducing rep time in OR procedures.
6. Classic P&L Framework
7. Project revenue, cost structure, margin impact.
8. Model how much money the products will make vs. how much they'll cost to build and support.
2. Articulate Value
* Clearly communicate the
utility and value proposition
of future digital products.
* Present business cases to cross-functional leaders and partner teams.
3. Accounting + Financial Acumen
* Strong grasp of basic accounting.
* Understanding of
subscription model economics
is
highly preferred
.
* CPA is a
plus
.
Preferred Profile
* Clear, structured thinker
with strong logic and synthesis skills.
* Experience building and defending financial models for technology or digital products.
* Background in
healthcare + digital
is strongly preferred.
* Comfort navigating
ambiguous, nebulous problems

* Someone willing to openly share POV and challenge assumptions.
* Subscription business model experience is a
major advantage

* Whiteboard exercise will likely be part of the interview process.
Team + Environment
* Role is part of a
virtual core team

* Includes SW, HW, cloud, physical computing, and product specialists.
* Team size ~15–20 people.
* Majority based in London; a few in the US.

critical member of the team

Operational Context
* Candidate will
enter procedure rooms/operation theatres
to understand workflow, clinician needs, and product context.
* Travel: US, UK, and Europe.
