Key Responsibilities
* Build a portfolio of end users, electrical contractors, electrical consultancy practices, panel builders, distributors, and resellers that will align with Janitza’s strategic growth and retention goals
* Focus on Sales and specification of Janitza products within Building, Renewables, Utilities, Datacentre & industrial manufacturing build projects
* Evaluate needs, behaviours, and pain points of target customer personas and key market segments including actions of competitors
* Perform competitive analysis: review, gather, and analyse competitor information and provide insights accordingly
* Demonstrate the Janitza value proposition to targets by performing customer meetings, lunch and learns, online presentations and/or webinars

Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
* Sales experience and preferable electrical engineering or IT background that will increase the ability to understand and challenge customer needs for their electrical distributions systems
* Min 5 years experience in Building, Renewables, Utilities, Datacentre & industrial manufacturing industries, with focus on electrical design and construction sales or business development
* Electrical project engineering experience with End Users, OEMs, Integrators and Partners.
* Ability to write extensive technical proposals, tender processing and presentations
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel (~30-40%), supporting global clients and projects
