* Confidently develop relationships with major and regional housebuilders
* Manage product tenders and win specifications and contracts with housebuilders and developers
* Drive sales growth to meet and exceed agreed targets

Requirements
* Proven Business Development Management experience within the specification market (ideally UK housebuilders or residential developers)

* Stand out personality with excellent organisational skills
