Assistant Tax Manager, Share plans & Incentives

£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits + Bonus
We are currently working with leading tax practice in Manchester who are looking grow their equity & reward business with a new Assistant Manager level hire.

Your new role:
* You'll be working with an established share plans team in the North, working alongside a Partner, Senior Manager & Assistant Manager in the team.
* You will be supporting a wide range of clients including private equity backed businesses, OMBs, Family owned businesses and larger listed entities to name a few
* In the share schemes team it will be your responsibility to work with other teams to deliver sound advice to clients regarding EMIs, & CSOPs as well as supporting clients with and pre or post deal advice that might be need related to share schemes.
* This is an advisory focused position but you will also get involved with task like due diligence and valuation's.
What you'll need to be successful:
* As an Assistant Manager in the team you'll need to be suitable qualified, ideally ACA, CTA or ATT.
* You'll need to have previous experience working with clients on share plans & incentives, or exposure from a different tax with a real desire to learn.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to coach and mentor juniors are also required for this role.
