What you’ll be doing… As a General Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients. Lead and manage all catering, hospitality, and bar operations across the venue. Deliver high standards of food quality, service, and presentation at all times. Oversee planning and execution of matchday hospitality, events, conferences, and private functions. Recruit, train, motivate, and performance-manage catering teams. Work closely with chefs, event management, and commercial teams to deliver seamless operations. Manage budgets, forecasting, stock, and cost controls to drive commercial performance. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, licensing, and club policies. Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Continually review processes to improve efficiency and customer experience. Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days | 40 Hours per week Job ID: 4989 What can you bring?
