An exciting start-up is looking for an innovative Senior Electronics Engineer to take ownership of their next phase of exciting projects and influence the strategy of the company.
You’ll be joining at an exciting time as the company scales up following the recent acquisition of a major customer. The company has around 50 people, and 60% of them are engineers, all very driven and all very skilled. The CTO sits amongst the engineers, and they offer a truly collaborative environment.

Senior Electronics Engineer – Responsibilities
+ Lead the end-to-end design of the next generation of power converters
+ Integrate advanced topologies & strategies into products already on the market to redefine performance
+ Work closely with engineers across disciplines to innovate thermal solutions & ensure manufacturability of your own designs
Senior Electronics Engineer – Requirements
+ Demonstrable experience designing high-power converters
+ Strong awareness of EMC/EMI, and thermal architecture
+ Experience navigating NPI in a fast-moving environment
Senior Electronics Engineer – Nice to haves
+ CEng status (mentorship to achieve this is readily available)
+ Advanced magnetics knowledge
