We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dual Registered Manager - Childrens Residential Home to lead a dynamic team in a well-established children's home located in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager looking to make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable children and young people and the successful candidate will have a background as a Registered Manager within a Childrens Home. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operation and management of both services, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals to create a safe and nurturing environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of care. Work collaboratively with external agencies, parents, and stakeholders to promote the best outcomes for children. Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices within the homes. Requirements: Proven background as a Registered Manager in a children's home setting. Experience dealing with OFSTED Dual registered management experience is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with a passion for supporting and developing staff. Excellent understanding of legislation and best practices in children's services. A relevant management qualification (Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent) is preferred.
