Permanent All Year Round Full Time - 37 Hours per week TPLTSS4 £26,402 - £28,141 (actual salary) Plus various Company Benefits The Priory Learning Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused 1st Line IT Technician to join our friendly and dynamic Central IT Team, supporting our family of Trust schools. This role is based at The King Alfred School - An Academy. As part of this role, under the direction of the Network Manager, you will: Assist with the smooth running of Microsoft, Apple and Google devices/software Assist with network infrastructure and audio/visual Resolve technical issues for students and staff The successful candidate will: Be an excellent team player, highly motivated and a clear communicator Have a passion for IT and customer service Have an excellent understanding of modern Operating Systems, Software and Hardware Be able to deal with repairs and warranties You’ll need a valid Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport Have experience of a busy, customer focused IT environment Good literacy and numeracy skills which include GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, IT or equivalent We pride ourselves on being a flexible employer and strive to accommodate a variety of working arrangements, so we encourage you to apply.
