Job Title: Electrician \n Salary: £38,662.00 (additional shift allowance of 33% may be applicable)\n Installation of a variety of types of cables (multi-core, single core and co-axial) & electrical systems (junction boxes, fuse panels, consoles, transformers, switches etc .)\n Cable termination and installation of all electrical equipment \n Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation \n Collaborate with shipbuilding teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of electrical installations \n Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards \n Relevant experience in a marine installation or major industrial installation environment \n Understanding all assessments, Risk, PUWER & COSHH \n Mounting of electrical equipment & components \n Earthing of equipment and termination of cables to skill standards \n As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive. \n The Electrician team: \n At BAE Systems, we are at the forefront of designing and building world-leading naval ships.
