Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production and logistics of orders, ensuring timely and complete delivery of products, and managing communications with third-party logistics providers, customers, and internal departments.
Your Responsibilities
1. Plan bulk/retail/oat/drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
3. Maintain accurate stock records in SAGE 200.
4. Communicate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
5. Collaborate with the Sales Department to understand and incorporate sales forecasts.
6. Manage logistics companies to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
7. Investigate customer delivery complaints.
8. Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate.
9. Perform any other duties reasonably required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Ability to analyze data.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience with KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
