Job Description
1. Manage daily office operations and ensure the team has the necessary resources to complete projects efficiently.
2. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the construction department.
3. Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and files.
4. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a professional manner.
5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
6. Support procurement processes by managing office supplies and liaising with vendors.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the property sector.
8. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
