Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Digital Commercial Growth team as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Dropship and Marketplace teams. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations. This role involves managing system admin processes, supporting daily tasks, and working closely with the team to help grow supplier accounts and increase revenue. You’ll be juggling multiple tasks across several projects, so strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Responsibilities: Enter product data and map product attributes in internal systems. Ensure products are correctly categorised before going live and resolve categorisation issues for existing products. Help manage both the marketplace and dropship portals, and address errors promptly. Review and improve product content, including images, categories, and descriptions. Work with Account Managers to identify and flag product issues on websites and marketplaces. Support Account Managers with repricing and setting up promotions. Coordinate with the Data team to set up new brands or categories. Keep supplier contact details up to date and liaise with Customer Service on updates. Provide support to the Customer Service team when needed.
