About us
Fletcher Bond is one of the largest property restructuring teams in the Northwest of England. We work with property companies, private equity, corporate advisory firms, and financial institutions, providing a proactive approach to our professional services, embracing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver strategic advice and straightforward solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
We have an excellent team of in-house restructuring surveyors and LPA Receivers, working directly with lenders and other Insolvency Practitioners, considering not just value recovery but also the art of the possible.
We manage a growing portfolio of assets across various uses including large residential development blocks, mixed-use commercial schemes (industrial, office, retail/mixed-use), and part-complete development projects across England.

Your role
You will lead the delivery of various projects for Fletcher Bond, working closely with the Managing Director as part of the senior leadership team. You will leverage their extensive networks to support sustainable growth and build profitable client relationships within the Restructuring/Valuation marketplace.
Specifically, you will:
* Lead complex commercial property projects and develop innovative solutions to meet or exceed client expectations.
* Work with lenders to provide comprehensive, independent reports on market and rental values.
* Carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio assessments, financial reporting, disposals, acquisitions, litigation, and taxation.
* Develop disposal strategies considering value enhancement initiatives.
* Provide detailed, accurate reports on property assets to clients and asset managers.
* Conduct detailed due diligence on distressed assets, generating strategic restructuring and recovery options.
Additional responsibilities include developing your client network, supporting business development, managing client inquiries, ensuring accurate invoicing, and mentoring team members.
About you
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Proven experience and expertise in real estate valuation principles.
* Experience in building a professional services brand and nurturing client relationships.
* Ability to manage priorities and make effective decisions quickly.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Full driving license.
You may have previously held titles such as restructuring surveyor, asset manager, investment surveyor, valuer, or agent.
