Responsibilities
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will:
* Support the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, ensuring data is accurate, timely and insightful.
* Contribute to reporting processes and provide clarity on financial performance across the business.
* Collaborate with Finance and wider business units to offer analysis and guidance that supports informed decision‑making.
* Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous improvement across financial systems and processes.
* Participate in audits and support a variety of finance projects, gaining exposure to different areas of the organisation.
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Prior Managements Accounts experience
* Part‑qualified or progressing towards a professional accounting qualification (ideally CIMA)
* Clear communication skills and the ability to present financial information effectively
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of how organisations operate
* Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
