We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate high-quality job plans and work packs for efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution of work.
2. Identify permits needed for work activities.
3. Ensure compliance with Global Work Management processes and standards; monitor KPIs and take corrective actions.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement and defect elimination in daily work execution.
5. Complete personal competency development tasks.
6. Maintain effective relationships and collaboration with other planners and teams to enhance performance.
7. Manage daily backlog, prioritize tasks, and update work plans accordingly.
8. Modify job plans based on feedback and update master data as needed.
9. Conduct job and field walk-downs for assigned work.
10. Maintain and organize job plan libraries for accessibility and accuracy.
11. Set and meet realistic target dates for work execution and procurement.
12. Identify resources—people, tools, materials, procedures—for quality work packs.
13. Manage expenditure within the R&M budget according to financial authority.
14. Assist in deploying Global Work Management programs.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1. Strong attention to detail demonstrated through a proven track record.
2. Proficiency in P6, SAP PM, and Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent interpersonal and influence skills.
4. Planning experience in maintenance roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
5. Knowledge of offshore maintenance practices, procedures, and legislation.
6. Good understanding of maintenance management systems (preferably SAP).
7. Organizational and planning expertise.
8. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Team-oriented with strong rapport-building skills.
10. Clear communication skills, active listening, and comfort with various media.
11. Commitment to high performance standards.
12. Understanding of roles, objectives, and standards.
13. Awareness of team goals, priorities, and cost implications.
14. Understanding of compliance and non-conformance impacts.
15. Experience in maintenance planning (preferred).
16. Problem-solving, corrective action planning, and follow-up skills.
