We are seeking an exceptional Admissions Registrar to lead and enhance our admissions process, ensuring every prospective family experiences the warmth, excellence and ambition that define our school. You will play a pivotal role in bringing the next generation of students to Godolphin.
We’re looking for a high performing individual with:

* A sharp eye for detail and the drive to improve systems and processes
* A warm, confident and professional approach
* Adept at cultivating strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
* Experience in admissions or a related field
The Admissions Registrar is responsible for managing and administering pupil recruitment and advising prospective families throughout the admissions process. They will bring experience, knowledge and initiative as they play a significant role in supporting the school’s growth.
The Admissions Registrar will have a strong understanding of the factors that influence parents when investing in independent education for their children, with a proven track record in business development/sales or admissions and the expertise to use your influencing skills to progress each prospect through every stage of the admissions process to enrolment. You will have a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and the skills to build long lasting relationships with prospective parents and pupils.
