Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to families in West Berkshire? We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Family Hubs Admin Officer to join our Education Service at West Berkshire Council.
Reporting to the Family Hub Business Support Manager, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our Family Hubs, which offer a range of services and support to families with children aged 0-19. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, assisting with financial processes and ensuring the smooth running of the Family Hubs.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. Good communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact with a variety of people face to face, by phone and by email.
