Account Manager - B2B

Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Services team based in Filleigh, North Devon. This role is part of our B2B team, where you will be the primary point of contact for our Clients, collaborating closely with all departments across Bray Leino. You will oversee some of our largest and most dynamic global B2B accounts. The work is varied, covering everything from internal communications to global events. A passion for all aspects of B2B marketing and a commitment to delivering high-quality results will set you up for success in this role. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients, ensuring a creative and exceptional service experience. Strong organisational skills, motivation and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry are essential.
Key Responsibilities
 * Building and maintaining strong Client relationships and being the first point of contact for the Client on day-to-day matters
 * Providing team support across the business to ensure that we meet our deliverables
 * Presenting (verbally and in writing) the Agency's proposals and recommendations effectively, logically, and concisely
 * Negotiating and gaining approval from the Client for all projects and creative work to ensure work is carried out to the agreed brief
 * Maintaining paperwork (budgets, timing plans, briefs, creative statuses, etc.) and keeping them up to date
 * Day-to-day budget management, monitoring all job costs, and obtaining approval before spend is committed
 * Ensuring creative work presented to Clients is of quality, on time and within cost
 * Ensuring the appropriate trafficking of all projects through the production process
 * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including new media, techniques, and research tools
About The Person
 * Experience in an advertising agency or a similar client-facing role would be advantageous.
 * Demonstrate a commitment to achieving results, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
 * Approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, maintaining strong Client relationships and a professional attitude.
