We are working with a well-established secondary school in Bristol/South Glos seeking a committed and reliable Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an important part in helping students access learning and feel confident in the classroom. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting students within mainstream lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Providing 1:1 support for students with additional needs Assisting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, social, emotional and mental health needs Helping to implement individual support plans and behaviour strategies Promoting independence, engagement and positive learning behaviours Working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to monitor progress This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday during term time, and is intended as a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
