We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice in Gerrards Cross who are looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team. This role offers flexible home working 4 days a week.
They are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator. They are a growing Independent Financial Planning firm, specialising in delivering Financial Life Planning. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, driven individual with a positive attitude and an eye for detail to join the team. The role offers flexible working and a benefits package.
The Role
The role of the IFA Administrator is to provide first-class support to the Financial Planning team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Financial Planning team in the implementation of new business
* Handling new and existing client communications and queries
* Supporting the dealing with new enquiries and prospects
* Supporting the dealing with existing client enquiries
* Supporting the development and maintenance of internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet targets
* Contributing to the smooth running of the administrative function within the business
* Ensuring all processes, procedures, and client communications meet high customer care standards
* Supporting the onboarding of new clients
* Liaising with product providers and third parties
* Maintaining existing client review communications
* Working with the Financial Planning team to support and resolve client queries, ensuring high client satisfaction
* Supporting delivery and achievement of client service standards
* Client feedback and communication maintenance
* Managing individual workflow and tasks
