Key Requirements for the Teaching Assistant Role in Abersychan:
A CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of pupils aged 11 to 16+
Effective behaviour management skills to maintain pupil engagement
