The Role
As an ECT Primary Teacher (KS1/KS2), you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, high:quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum Establish clear expectations, consistent routines, and positive behaviour management Create a purposeful, inclusive, and well:organised classroom environment Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
