Responsibilities



The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Control, review, and monitor all service standards and activities to ensure they are being met, to the required quality standards identifying resources to achieve this.
2. Use planning software ensure the team is resourced effectively to enable consistent planning and performance management sharing shortages or latent capacity.
3. Use the Performance Management framework to undertake regular one to ones, appraisals, quality and activity feedback and drive training and development.
4. Know your customer and be engaged with stakeholder responsible for the client relationship.
5. To guide, coach, develop and motivate your team using the tools and resources available.
6. Set key clear Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and objectives to ensure individual engagement and contribution to the team goal.
7. Ensure all processes are regularly reviewed, continually improved and the procedure notes are kept updated to reflect the process, adhering to regulatory and legislative requirements.
8. Ensure allpliance monitoring and audit actions arepleted to the required standards and within the target date.

The duties and responsibilities outlined above are to be regarded as broad areas of responsibility and do not necessarily detail all tasks which the post holder may be required to perform.

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

Experience:
9. Demonstrable role model behaviour, leading by example and ability to inspire and motivate others
10. Demonstrable experience of working within a pensions or financial services environment
11. Experience of dealing effectively with challenging and concerned members
12. Experience of producing information and documents to a high standard of presentation with a high level of accuracy
13. Demonstrable experience of working effectively as part of a team
14. Ability to work at pace in a target driven environment
15. Knowledge
16. Detailed understanding of all procedures, KPI's, valued behaviours, performance management processes and TCF

Skills:
17. Ability to identify training needs and provide development plans and coaching to support. driving process improvements within your team
18. Ability to drive process improvements within your team and recognise opportunities for Continuous Improvement
19. Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
20. Highly developed planning and organisational skills
21. Have confidence in your own leadership abilities allowing you to be flexible in your role and remit.
22. Ability to supervise and motivate a team
23. Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, develop and sustain relationships with a wide range of individuals and within groups
