Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to deliver integrated marketing activity across our distribution markets. This is a hands-on, generalist role responsible for driving brand growth, supporting commercial objectives, and executing marketing initiatives across digital, events, product marketing, and distribution channels. Working closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams, the role ensures consistent positioning, effective market entry, and strong alignment between marketing and sales within a high-growth, scale-up environment
Key Responsibilities
· Support market entry planning, including opportunity sizing and go-to-market execution
· Contribute to brand & commercial strategy, positioning, and messaging across regions
· Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, email, and advertising channels
· Ensure consistent brand guidelines and messaging across all markets and touchpoints
· Develop marketing and sales materials, including copywriting for web, PR, and collateral
· Manage and grow brand presence across social media, website, and external platforms
· Create & manage visual assets to support campaigns, presentations, and collateral
· Lead planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
· Represent the business at key industry events, conferences, and associations
· Build partnerships and networks to enhance brand visibility
· Manage and optimise the website (WordPress), digital platforms, and marketing tools (including CRM)
· Project manage marketing activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
· Manage external agencies and third-party providers
· Support product launches, including planning, execution, and performance tracking
· Develop product marketing assets (e.g. technical materials, packaging, sales tools)
· Collaborate with distributors to deliver marketing programmes and grow brand presence
· Support distribution channel marketing, including activations and incentive schemes
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a broad, hands-on marketing role
· Proven track record delivering integrated marketing activity across the full marketing mix
· Experience managing brands/products across multiple markets or territories
· Strong project management skills to plan, prioritise, and deliver to deadlines and budgets
· Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, international customers, external partners
· Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
· Experience with digital channels, CRM and CMS
· Experience delivering trade shows, campaigns, and marketing collateral
· Commercially aware, results-driven, and able to operate independently
· Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
· Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
· Willingness to travel as required
· Graphic design skills advantageous
