Position: Retirement Living Team Leader
Salary:£54,216 per annum
Location: Birmingham, Coventry, Hereford and Worcester
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Retirement Living Manager, you will lead a regional team of Retirement Living Officers and oversee high-quality housing management services across our (Birmingham,Hereford and Worcester / Coventry) retirement living schemes.
* Responsible for managing one or 2 schemes on a day-to-day basis
* Play a key role in service delivery and development, partnership building, safeguarding and performance improvement.
* Leading a culture where customers and colleagues feel valued and supported.
Qualifications and experience:
1. GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
