Bolton Clarke is recruiting for Registered Nurses (one for each of the residential homes as listed below):
* Coastal Waters, Worrowing Heights
* Gosling Creek, Orange
* Raffles, Tweed Heads South
* Heritage Lodge, Murwillumbah
The positions are permanent, full time with a minimum of 38 hours a week with a base salary range of $72,843.66 - $87,192.19 depending on experience, plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits.
Bolton Clarke Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing and monitoring the care of residents
* Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
* Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
* Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
* Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

To be successful, you will have:
* 1+ years full time (or equivalent) previous experience as a Registered Nurse
* Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screen (or willingness to obtain)
* Flu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
