The Duty Manager plays a key operational role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the SnowDome on a daily basis. They are responsible for overseeing the facility, leading and supporting front-line teams, and delivering excellent customer service to all visitors.

The role involves monitoring health and safety standards across all snow and leisure activities, responding effectively to incidents, and coordinating emergency procedures where required. Duty Managers act as the senior point of contact during their shift, ensuring all operations run to a high standard, guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience, and company policies are consistently upheld.

Job Type: Permanent Full-time 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the SnowDome, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities and facilities.
* Act as the senior point of contact during shifts, leading and supporting front-line teams.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and enforce health, safety, and operational standards across snow and leisure areas.
* Respond effectively to incidents and coordinate emergency procedures when required.
* Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed by staff.
* Support staff training, motivation, and performance during shifts.

Requirements:

* Previous management experience in leisure, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Confident decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.
* Good knowledge of health & safety and willingness to uphold operational standards.
* Flexible approach with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and shifts.
* First Aid qualification (or willingness to train).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
