What skills and experience we're looking for
Our School is recruiting Early Career Teachers to provide for the educational, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development for each individual child in their class and to support the overall development of the school. We are part of a two school trust based in Islington who provide an Outstanding Primary School provision for our local community.
We are seeking (ECT) teachers who:
1. Have in-depth understanding of excellent teaching
2. Are reflective and keen to develop their practice
3. Are enthusiastic and highly motivated
4. Are committed to teamwork
5. Believe in developing the whole child
6. Are keen to use CPD to move their practice forward
The successful candidate will be:
7. Degree educated
8. Have QTS and have relevant primary experience
9. Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
10. Ready to continue learning
11. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship for overseas candidates is not available.
