Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)?Hays Education is urgently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN Resource Provision based at a Primary School in Bradford. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and group support for students with a range of special educational needs
* Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists
* Track and report on student progress and development
Requirements:
* Essential:Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
* Optional:Experience in a healthcare or care worker role - if you have worked with people with SEN, then we want to hear from you!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, adaptable, and compassionate approach
