- Office Based Temporary,Part Time As aService Managerat Amplius,youlltake ownership of the day-to-day running of our Gainsborough HRS service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred support for our customers.Youlllead and inspire your team,maintainregulatory compliance, and work collaboratively with partners to deliver a service that promotes independence,dignityand wellbeing.

- 4:30pm Location: Gainsborough HRS Snapshot of your role Lead the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with all contractual,regulatoryand legislative requirements.
Deliver a safe, person-centred service where customers receive support aligned to their assessed needs and personal goals.
Oversee safeguarding, incidents, complaints, riskmanagementand quality assurance processes, ensuringtimelyreporting and action.
Manage referrals,assessmentsand support planning, ensuring these are current, meaningful and customer-focused.
Provide strong leadership to Community Support Workers, Night Porters, the Estates Officer and Cleaner, ensuring effective supervision, staffinglevelsand service delivery.
Maintainfinancial oversight including budgets, rent accounts, expendituremonitoringand adherence to Amplius financial procedures.
Whatwerelooking for Knowledge of housing-related support services, particularly homelessness.
Understanding of regulatory standards, professionalboundariesand safeguarding requirements.
Experience working with partners, including organising and leading multi-agency meetings.
Ability to manage anti-social behaviour, apply Positive Behaviour Support approaches and empower customers to shape their service.
Awareness of basic building maintenance and health & safety responsibilities.
Strong communicationskills with the ability to resolve conflict using mediation techniques.
Competent use of Microsoft Office systems including Word,Exceland Outlook.
Desirable Experience of line management within a care,housingor support environment.
A full UK driving licence, access to own car and willingness to travel isrequired.
