Production Operatives

and help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our production lines. As a Production Operative you will work alongside colleagues to deliver high quality products, meeting customer specifications, and supporting a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities : • Work as part of a team to meet specification, quantity, and time requirements. • Carry out visual quality checks and reject any unsuitable product. • Minimise risk of line stoppages through careful observation and reporting issues promptly. • Ensure correct PPE is always worn and equipment is operated safely. • Undertake any reasonable duties requested by the Team Leader or Production Controller. • Be willing to take part in additional training as required.
Skills & Knowledge: • Organised and methodical approach. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative. • Commitment to producing high quality work.
