We are seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Engineer to join our growing technical sales and engineering team. This role is ideal for an engineering-qualified candidate (Graduate/HNC/HND/BTEC) who enjoys problem solving, has strong numerical ability and wants to build a long-term career in technical sales within a supportive environment providing engineered system solutions across construction, utilities, distribution and industrial sectors. Role: Support the Sales Engineers in providing technical guidance, system selection advice and cost-effective recommendations for customer applications. You will learn how to interpret technical information, prepare quotations and assist with tenders, all while developing confidence in customer communication and solution-building. Key Duties: Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email (no cold calling). Gather customer requirements and assist with technical recommendations.
