Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £29,000-£32,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:15-16:45 Friday: 08:30-16:00
Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client in Daventry with their hiring of a Sales Executive on a permanent basis. They have a close knit team and you'll be an important part of their operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer enquiries professionally via telephone and email, delivering an outstanding customer experience
2. Process customer orders, quotations, and sales transactions accurately and efficiently
3. Advise customers on product availability, pricing, and stock levels, ensuring all information is captured correctly
4. Prepare and follow up on quotations and open enquiries to maximise conversion
5. Provide technical advice and specialist product knowledge to support customer needs
6. Hitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI's by proactively contacting new and existing customers through warm and cold outbound calls within your allocated region
7. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and promotions
8. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
9. Work closely with the Purchasing and External Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and sales efficiency
