We are seeking experienced SEMH Support Staff who are passionate about transforming the lives of young people educated in PRUs and Alternative Provision settings. These are learners who may have faced trauma, exclusion, or complex social and emotional challenges - and who thrive when supported by calm, consistent, and skilled professionals. This role is not about managing behaviour. It is about building trust, restoring confidence, and changing trajectories.
