Join Bespak at our Holmes Chapel site (CW4 8BE) as a permanent, onsite Qualified Person and play a key role in delivering next-generation inhalation products. Days shift Pattern – Monday to Friday (8.30am to 9am start / 4.30pm - 5pm finish. (3:45pm finish on Friday possible) There is some flexibility on start and finish times. As a Qualified Person (QP), you will hold ultimate responsibility for batch certification and release of Commercial and Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs), ensuring full compliance with EU GMP, MHRA, and Human Medicines Regulations. As a Qualified Person, your duties will include: Degree-qualified in a relevant science-based discipline. Eligible to act as a Qualified Person (QP) under current UK legislation. Strong working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Proven experience supporting and participating in MHRA and FDA cGMP inspections and audits. Minimum of five years’ experience gained within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally across a range of dosage forms. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and strengthen quality culture and compliance behaviours within operational teams. Experience of new product or process introduction, development of marketed products, and associated validation activities is highly desirable. Qualified Person, beneficial key skills and experience: Key Requirements Registered Qualified Person (QP) under current UK legislation, eligible to certify batches for human medicinal products. Significant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including independent execution of statutory QP responsibilities. Strong knowledge and application of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and global regulatory requirements. Experience across multiple dosage forms and throughout the product lifecycle, including development, clinical, and commercial stages, is desirable. Proven ability to foster a robust quality culture and influence compliance and quality behaviours across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience supporting regulatory inspections and audits, with effective interaction and communication with regulatory authorities.
