SEND Learning and Care Assistant Supporting Children and Young People Aged 4–18 Leader Education are currently seeking a caring, committed, and enthusiastic SEND Learning and Care Assistant to support children and young people aged 4–18 with complex and multiple learning difficulties. The Role: As a SEND Learning and Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including: Complex and Multiple Learning Difficulties (CMLD) Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Physical disabilities Sensory needs You will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to ensure each pupil is supported academically, emotionally, and physically within a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
