MULTI SKILLED ENGINEER (HVAC BIAS)
Salary: £52,241.25 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, TA5 1UD
G4S Facilities Management are looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer (HVAC Bias) for a full-time, permanent position. This is a distinctive opportunity to join our team at Hinkley Point C, located in Bridgwater.
We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced individual to work on a mobile basis, across a range of sites to maintain and repair assets, building fabric, services and estate. We are searching for a candidate with experience of building and facilities maintenance, and a high level specialism such as Air Conditioning.

Responsibilities
1. Manage, arrange and co-ordinate all Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks (reactive repairs, refurbishment and planned maintenance) through the CAFM system ensuring these are closed out in accordance with the Client's Service Level Agreement.
2. Scheduling and planning own workload
3. Lead estate engineers, estate technicians and contractors working on site during repairs, maintenance or refurbishment work.
