The role of Caretakerwill include:
1. Carrying out high and low level dusting, cleaning toilets, hand basins, shower rooms/bathrooms and kitchens
2. Vacuuming carpets and hard flooring and mopping hard floors
3. Removal of bulk and overspills
4. Undertaking general caretaking duties including cleaning of communal areas
5. Grounds maintenance tasks to include litter picking and general upkeep
6. Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
7. Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
8. Carrying out Health and Safety Inspections and reporting necessary repairs
9. Complying with relevant policies and be Health and Safety orientated
10. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition
Skills and experiences:
11. Experience in a similar cleaning role or completing similar tasks
12. Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
13. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
14. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
15. Good communication and customer care skills
16. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full manual valid UK driving licence

27. £25,400 per annum (rising to £26,737 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
