As Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor

What we want you to have
1. Supervisory experience or strong experience as a Meeting & Events team member seeking additional responsibility
2. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
3. Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (no split shifts)
4. The ability to understand and meet customer needs
5. Good people skills and a team-oriented attitude
6. A genuine interest in hospitality
7. Confidence with systems and payment processes
8. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
9. Prompt resolution of customer complaints
The job
1. Supervise the Meeting & Events Operations team, ensuring responsibilities are understood and duties performed to high standards
2. Familiarize with the day's bookings to prepare the team and department
3. Serve food and drinks, providing excellent customer service and demonstrating hospitality
4. Maintain a visible presence within the hotel to respond promptly to guest requests and keep areas clean
5. Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
6. Train and motivate team members
7. Ensure accurate cash, charge, float, and till procedures
