Job Overview
Your new company is a leading manufacturing organization. They have appointed Hays to recruit an Administrator for their Compliance team. This is a temporary role initially for 6 months, with potential for extension. The position is office-based, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8 am to 12 noon on Friday.
Responsibilities
* Prepare all paperwork and documentation related to freight movements.
* Verify received documents according to procedures and guidelines.
* Update databases accurately and efficiently.
* Liaise with internal departments and provide administrative support across the team.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a busy administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Organized with excellent attention to detail.
