Currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to deliver 2nd and 3rd line support of incidents within the Data Centre network and security infrastructure of a Public Sector body.
Skills and experience required for this role are as follows:
• Proven knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet
• Proven knowledge of Networking Monitoring Tools (like solarwinds)
• Experience of Incident & Problem Management
• Experience of storage virtualisation, network and security
Knowledge of SIEM tools and or MDR/XDR services
1. Knowledge in Cisco Meraki Wireless and SD-WAN services
2. Knowledge in Forescout Network Access Control (NAC)
3. Knowledge in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)
4. Knowledge in Microsoft, NetApp and VMWare technologies
5. Experience operating within an ITIL environment.
