A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Warwickshire is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its established and well-respected family law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle high-quality private family matters within a supportive environment that offers clear progression, hybrid working, and a competitive salary package.
The Role From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
* Advising clients on divorce and separation matters
* Managing financial remedy cases, including high-net-worth matters where applicable
* Handling private children matters and child arrangement disputes
* Advising on cohabitation agreements and disputes
* Drafting and advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
* Representing clients throughout negotiations and court proceedings where required
* Managing cases from instruction through to conclusion
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in private family law
* Strong technical knowledge across divorce, finance, and children matters
