Responsibilities
* Administer medications and assist with the creation of care plans.
* Support the care team in honing practices and improving skills and knowledge in this field.

* Proven track record of leading a team to provide exceptional care.
* Experience in person-centred care planning and dementia care.
* Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to conduct training sessions for staff.
