At Crown Hall Farm, we’re looking for an experienced, passionate Wedding & Events Manager to take the lead in delivering truly memorable experiences—from dream weddings to large‑scale corporate events.

About the Role
As our Wedding & Events Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do—guiding clients from their first enquiry through to flawless event delivery.
You’ll manage events at our unique blank‑canvas venue in West Pinchbeck, with occasional opportunities to deliver mobile events across the UK.
From intimate gatherings to large‑scale themed events, you’ll ensure every detail is executed to perfection.
What you will be doing
* Managing weddings and events from initial enquiry to delivery
* Leading and coordinating events on the day (and evening)
* Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
* Handling all associated administration and planning
* Managing and motivating a small team with a hands‑on approach
* Ensuring every event runs smoothly, professionally, and exceeds expectations

Essential Requirements
* Proven ability to manage events independently from start to finish
* Strong organisational and administrative skills (Microsoft Word, Excel; CRM desirable)
* Confident decision‑maker with excellent problem‑solving ability
* Experience leading, motivating, and developing a team
* Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
* A natural people person with exceptional client‑facing skills
* High attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
* Flexible approach to working hours (including evenings and weekends)
* Full, clean UK driving licence

* Marketing knowledge or experience
