We're looking for anIT Support Engineerto help drive technical excellence across multiple concurrent projects, with a particular focus onend user device management and rollout.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the team manager and IT support team to roll out devices and services to support end users. You’ll balance BAU responsibilities with hands-on involvement in the planning and execution of technical workstreams across regional and global projects.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires a self-starter demeanour throughout.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver technical solutions across multiple IT projects, with a focus on device deployment and endpoint management via Intune.
* Implement and support system upgrades and software rollouts as part of broader project initiatives.
* Work alongside project managers to ensure delivery milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
* Own escalated issues from the service desk and see them through to resolution.
* Regular reviews of user access permissions
Key immediate projects
* Laptop refresh program with Intune
* Windows 10->11 upgrades of laptops and lab PCs
* Data management in Jamf and Intune for asset management integration into ServiceNow
What we're looking for…
* Proven experience deliveringmultiple IT projectsin a hands-on capacity, particularly involvingWindows device management, andsoftware deploymentat scale.
* Strong working knowledge ofWindowsandmacOSoperating systems.
* Scripting capability withPowerShellto support automation and repeatable tasks.
* Experience managingidentity and authentication platforms.
* Skilled in systems analysis and diagnosing complex desktop and infrastructure issues.
* Solid understanding of network protocols includingDNS,DHCP, andTCP/IP.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
* A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach to balancing support and project delivery.
* Familiarity withITSM platformssuch asServiceNow.
